An historic cultural site at Columbia River mile 214 near Rufus, Preacher’s Eddy is one of several In-lieu Treaty Fishing Access sites reserved for the four Columbia River Treaty tribes, Nez Perce, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation, Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakima Nation and Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation.
